TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

DUNLOP is a registered trademark of Sumitomo Rubber Industries Ltd. (SRI) and is used for the purposes of this promotional campaign with the appropriate authorisation.
2. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded:
2 × Goodwood Revival Packages for two (2) persons each, with an approximate value of EUR 3,000.00 per package, including:
Return economy-class flights within Europe to London,
Two (2) nights’ accommodation in a double room at the 4-star The Highdown Hotel, including breakfast,
- Shuttle service during the stay,
- An exclusive Goodwood Revival Package
- (valid from Friday to Sunday), including:
- Admission to the Goodwood Revival,
- Food and beverage vouchers,
- Access to the Roving Grandstand,
- Event programme with radio earpiece,
- Access to selected grandstands,
- Access to the “Over the Road” area and evening festivities,
- Complimentary parking.
The prize includes only the services expressly listed above. Any additional costs, including but not limited to personal expenses, additional meals and beverages, travel insurance, or any other services not expressly stated, are not included in the prize and must be borne by the winner.
Winners and their accompanying persons are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents (including passports, visas where applicable and any other required travel documents) and comply with all applicable entry requirements.
SOKRATIV GmbH is responsible for arranging the travel services included in the prize, including flights, hotel accommodation, shuttle services and the provision of the Goodwood Revival Packages.
SOKRATIV GmbH is not the organiser, promoter or operator of the Goodwood Revival event itself and accepts no responsibility for the organisation, operation, modification, postponement or cancellation of the event. The Goodwood Revival is organised exclusively by its respective event organiser.
Cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize is excluded.
The prize is valid exclusively for the Goodwood Revival on the dates specified by the Organizer. The travel dates cannot be changed or exchanged.
Should the prize or any part thereof become unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer reserves the right, where legally permissible, to substitute the prize with one of equal value.
3. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are residents of the following countries:
Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.
Employees of SOKRATIV GmbH, Dunlop Tyre Europe GmbH, and any companies involved in the organization or implementation of the competition, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. The accompanying person of a winner must be at least 18 years of age and must comply with all applicable travel and entry requirements. If the accompanying person does not meet these requirements, the winner shall be responsible for nominating a suitable replacement, subject to the Organizer’s approval.
4. Participation
Participation is free of charge and does not require the purchase of goods or services.
Only one entry per eligible participant is permitted.
Participation takes place by fully completing and submitting the online entry form.
The closing date for entries is August 15, 2026 (6:00 p.m. CET).
The digital time stamp of the server at the time of submission shall be decisive.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw, conducted without public access.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the entry form.
Winners are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and regularly monitored.
If a winner does not respond within 7 working days after notification, the prize claim will lapse.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The liability of SOKRATIV GmbH for damages arising in connection with the competition or a prize is excluded, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
7. Exclusion from the Competition
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the competition through improper means.
8. Early Termination or Modification
The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the competition at any time for legal, technical or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
In such cases, no claims against the Organizer shall arise.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition.

10. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
